Terms and Conditions

• All new customers must fill out our Account Application to establish an account.
• All shipments are sent C.O.D. until credit has been approved. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and notification of terms.
• All invoices shipped on an open account are due within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
• Past due accounts will only be shipped on a C.O.D. basis.
• Past due invoices will incur a 2% service charge per month.
• Credit terms are not fixed and are subject to change.
• Shipping & Handling are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items that are in stock may be sent on memo for viewing.
• Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on memo shipments.
• There is a $35 fee for all retuned checks.
• All major credit cards are accepted.
• NO MINIMUM ORDERS

• All prices are approximate and are subject to change without prior notice.
• MARS is not responsible for typographical & publishing errors.
• Prices in the catalog are all based on 14k gold.
• Due to fluctuating gold & diamond markets, we suggest calling in for current pricing.
• We reserve the right to make any billing corrections in the event of a billing error.

• All diamond merchandise is available in 14k, 18k, Platinum, & Palladium.
• All Items can be ordered in white, yellow, & rose gold.
• Some fancy wedding bands are also available in Cobalt. (Identified by *)
• Fancy wedding bands are not available in Palladium.
• Items that are in stock will ship out same day if ordered before shipping cut off time.
• Items out of stock, maybe take 1-4 weeks for processing depending on style.
• Custom orders will take approximately 2 weeks for completion.
• Loose diamonds in all sizes and shapes are available. Please inquire.
• Most items are available with various center sizes.
• Matching bands can be made to accommodate most rings.
• All pricing for diamond merchandise is based on SI1 quality- G-H color.
• We offer 5 different diamond qualities. (Please inquire)
